Great turn out for the last TT this year with 28 turning out for the pain and the pleasure(BBQ afterwards). Dave Drakes record from last week still stands with Hazen Simpson recording the fastest time this week only 20 seconds behind Dave at 32.10. Mr consistancy Mark Goodwin turned another stunning single speed lap and equaled his time of the previous week at 33.00. Lucy Fullerton has the ladies record at 37.00. Good to see a couple of roadies having a go with fitness not equating to speed…

Thanks to the dozen or so people that turned out on wednesday night. Got a fair bit tidied up with most tracks getting a going over. Interesting perspective to walk the tracks and discovered a couple of new lines and jumps to try out. Please take care and watch out when you are carving up over the next month, as track traffic will be on the increase over the Xmas period. Cheers, Mark

Klunker - single speed - your old favourite ?
Time for another social ride for your old klunker - single speed - fixie or what have you.
Sunday 19th - 3pm starting at the Bullock Bar. In the spirit of the Single Speed World Champs recently held in Rotovegas, we will start with some liquid carbs, pedal off somewhere, and come back after a while for some refreshments and a bit of socialising.
What better way to wind down on a Sunday afternoon? See you there.

Another good turn out with 24 riders giving it a nudge. Wind conditions blowing from the lake down the course which surprisingly didnt make too much difference to the times. King of the heap again was David Drake with a smoking 31.50. Dave arrived at the TT with skin off both knees after crashing on the way over and then had another classic dismount at the finish line- you wont get under 30 if you cant stay on the bike Dave!!. Mark Goodwin also set the standard for single speeds with a 33.00…
